Who owns Burke Village Center in VA? (Vicious shopkeeper)?

There's a shopping center called Burke Village Center in Burke, Virginia. I have been researching but I cannot figure out who owns this center. If ANYONE can find this info I would be SO appreciative. The reason I need it is because --and this may sound silly but please believe me it's VERY true-- there is a shopkeeper there who I believe is clinically INSANE and I want to report her. Many people, including myself, have posted lots and lots of negative reviews. It's hard to find a positive one. She throws people out for TOUCHING items. This sounds like an exaggeration but it is NOT. The store is a simple bath and fragrances store, none of which are particularly expensive. She suspects everyone of shoplifting and will call the police if you even look crossways at her. The woman HERSELF posted online and said she threw a woman out for looking about 5 seconds into a mirror in her store, as she thought other customers would not want to see her "conduct her personal grooming habits" and that it might scare away people. Really. And the woman HERSELF says that she doesn't want people touching items. I mean it when I say these are regular, cheaply made bath salts and shampoos. Nothing expensive. I had a personal experience with her that was one of the most terrifying of my life. I was shopping with my mother and my mother picked up a bath salt I believe and tried to smell it. The woman came rushing over and screamed for us to leave, multiple times shrieking that she would call the cops. I was shaking when I left. She also took several aggressive steps towards my mother before I glared at her and slowly backed out of the store. It was horrifying. I want this place shut down and I want it shut down NOW.
