How can I take this case to court? What court would be most appropriate?

they did nothing wrong, they said they sent out a letter for the people to update the waiting list, yours obviously got either lost or you did get it and possibly threw it away. no matter what the reason is, they said they sent it and you cant prove otherwise in court. besides, what would you sue for? is this costing you money? if not, then there is absolutely nothing you can sue for, only time has been lost and they would probably win the case.
