Will I be able to find employment after cancer?

I recently had stage 3 cancer and I had surgery and now going through Chemotherapy, once the chemo is finished I will have to go through radiation, after that's all over with I will have reconstructive surgery. Now I have already been told that the cancer was removed successfully and I'm so worried I won't be able to find work once all is said and done. Will employers want to hire me if they know that I had cancer?
