What school is better for aerospace engineering?

i got into CSULB for aerospace engineering and Cal Poly Pomona for Mathematics. I would want to change my major at CPP to aerospace engineering but i don't know if it would be difficult for me to do so. For financial aid i have more than enough for Long Beach but i need 6,000 more for CPP. i am having trouble with deciding what school to attend basing it on the engineering program. I heard CPP is a very good school for engineering but what stops me is what is my chance of changing my major and money. For long beach i will start off with my major but i dont know how good of a program is it. please HELP!
