Will your vote in november be determine to the voting for bailout (any part of government)?

My US Senator voted against it. My Congressman voted for it the first time around and I suspect that he'll vote for it again. He is going into retirement and did not run this time. He'll be replaced soon (but not soon enough). Like you, I'll still vote for McCain.
