What is everyone's views on premarital ?

I live in an area were most teenagers have already had either oral or . Some of my friends act like its no big deal. One girl was just like yeah i gave someone a bj yesterday in his car no big deal. But the thing is were 14 years old and half our school is on drugs and is drinking and having , or just going way to far with their boyfriends. We are only freshman in highschool and we live in an area were going to a concert alone at 13 is completely normal. Can someone give me their views on this and tell me if they think this is normal or is my school just full of skanks.
