If you can't connect with any girl in high school personality wise, it's better wait until college because people are more mature, and commonly, many of the women are the same problems as you. As for the girl you found, you talk to her and find out if she's taken or not. If not, get to know her more and connect with her. If she is, it's highly recommended you wait until college.
