Only 6 weeks old and switched to Similac Isomil Advanced. Now she has diarrhea. Help??

Our daughter feeds and alternates feedings with a bottle of Similac Isomil Advanced. For two days she has pooped with every diaper change and sometimes right after being changed. It looks like it could be diarrhea. Anyone else go through this with a baby so young?? Help? Advice??
