Is the following plotline overly complicated?

Why was the Ahp created to "root out" the super secret SNF, have GEOs been leaking out into the public for ages? Perhaps originally the order was a small group of ultra rich megacorporation capitalists who figured out how to cryo freeze their brains and the scientists are trying to genetically create bodies to house the ancestor brains? Then the capitalists could want to seek domination and the only thing between them and world takeover are the misfit GEOs tered in all the nation districts throughout the world? maybe that will get you thinking I hope it helps, I liked your idea it is pretty amazing, nicely done.
