For the experienced. im trying to solve a clutch pedal problem. 95 chevy s10 pu 2wd 4.3tbi?
ok i replaced the clutch embly. resurfaced the fly wheel. replaced the slave, the master. i even welded some cracks on the pivot point on the fork with the new throw out bearing. my problem is after bleeding the slave and the master. i still have trouble getting reverse in and i have a 3/4 pedal i still have to depress the pedal all the way to the floor, to get all the other gears. i have about half and inch of release then the clutch engages. so im after more pedal travel before the engagement. by the way this is the original problem. any truly experienced heavy line tech opinion would be helpful and appreciated.
