Does anyone know of an organization that ists single parents with career istance / training?

I became a single father due to divorce about 5 years ago. I am the custodial parent. During this time I have been struggling to change my career to better suit the needs of my son. I've come to the point now where I believe I need the istance of an organization to help me find a new career (not just a new job) that is a good fit for my family. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
